What Your Remodeling Website Should Include

The handful of things that actually turn a visitor into a quote request.

A remodeling website has exactly one job: turn a visitor into a lead. Everything on the page should serve that goal or get cut. That means real project photos above the fold, a clear one-line explanation of who you serve and what you do, and a quote form or click-to-call button that's never more than one scroll away.

Beyond that, homeowners are looking for signals of trust: recent reviews, license/insurance info if relevant, and a sense that the business is active and responsive right now, not a site that hasn't been touched in three years. A stale-looking site quietly tells visitors you might be slow to reply too.

Speed matters more than most remodelers expect. Homeowners are often browsing on a phone standing in the room they want redone. If the site takes more than a couple seconds to load, a meaningful share of visitors leave before they see anything at all.

Finally: the site should make the next step obvious. Not five different CTAs competing for attention - one clear action, repeated consistently, that gets someone from "interested" to "submitted a quote request."
