Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of builtbyjawad.com and any services purchased from builtbyjawad (Muhammad Jawad, “I,” “me”).

Services. Packages (Starter, Growth, Authority) include a one-time build fee and an ongoing monthly care plan, as described on the pricing page at time of purchase. Delivery timeline is 10 business days from teardown call to live system, assuming timely client input.

Guarantee. The 90-day guarantee described on the pricing page applies as stated there - if the system isn't set up to catch and follow up with leads as promised, I will make it right or refund the setup fee, at my discretion, within the guarantee window.

Ownership. You own your domain, website, and Google Business Profile. Care-plan subscriptions cover ongoing hosting, monitoring, and support and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
